Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the flours & salt. Add almond butter, honey, milk, oil, almonds & vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Put the dough in a piping bag and use a star/round nozzle and pipe on the cookie sheet. Alternatively, roll cookie dough into small balls and place on cookie sheet. With a fork, flatten balls a little.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. The time may vary from oven to oven. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Once they are cool, add a little almond butter on each cookie (garnish with chopped dry nuts).
