Easy, make-ahead wholesome breakfast that also doubles up as an elegant healthy dessert.

Hung curd/ unsweetened greek yogurt - 1 1/2 cup
Almond butter - Raw Cacao/Classic Crunchy - 3 tablespoon
Fresh berries/frozen berries of your choice - here we've used fresh strawberries
Honey to taste (optional)
Vanilla extract/essence - 2 teaspoon
Unsweetened millet/ bran/granola
Slivered almonds & pistachios
Whisk the yogurt with honey, vanilla extract and keep aside.
In a different bowl, add almond butter, using a fork/ whisk, smoothen the butter so it is pliable.
Take a few parfait glasses - add 2 spoons of granola, pipe some yogurt on top, pipe small little drops of smoothened almond butter, add chopped berries and again add granola and repeat the steps for the layers.
Finally, top with a small dollop of almond butter, slivered almonds and pistachios.
Serve chilled. This makes for a delicious breakfast or a healthy dessert.
